The Sacred Path of The Body
A Women's Embodiment Journey
Inaugural Cycle begins March 2, 2026
The Sacred Path of the Body is a journey of remembering the feminine wisdom of living and knowing through the medium of the body. Through guided meditations, gentle somatic practices, inquiry, and shared presence, this circle supports women in restoring a sense of safety in the nervous system and reconnecting with the body as a trustworthy home. Ultimately, it's not just the body we get with this work but the being within. Our innate wisdom and connection to the web of life that originates from right here inside each of us.
Many of us have learned to move through life by pushing, managing, or leaving our bodies in order to cope, care for others, or meet the demands of the world. In a time that asks for constant output and certainty, the body often becomes something to override rather than listen to. Together, we explore what it feels like to inhabit ourselves more fully—tracking where we may have learned to leave, brace, or disconnect, and inviting back qualities of
aliveness, intuition, and inner listening.
This work honors the feminine capacity to know through sensation, imagery, and felt experience, allowing intuition and the imaginal to arise through the body rather than bypassing it. The pace is settled, relational, and respectful of each woman’s timing, emphasizing presence over performance and integration over intensity.
Why Now?
In a world saturated with noise, guidance, and competing voices, it becomes easy to lose contact with the quiet intelligence of our own bodies. Even much of modern spirituality and healing speaks about the body without truly helping us inhabit it, and over time we can begin relating to ourselves as concepts rather than lived experience. For women especially—whose bodies have so often been shaped, interpreted, or spoken over—this is a space to reclaim inner listening and embodied authority.
Timing & Logistics
The Sacred Path of the Body is a 10 week journey from March 2nd - May 4th 2026.
Weekly Rhythm - once a week, participants will receive a recorded guided meditation and inquiry practice delivered online so you can engage at a time that works best for you.
Live Gatherings (optional) - twice during our time together we'll have a chance to come together live, one as we begin and one to close our journey. These gatherings are an opportunity to practice inhabiting presence in community—through shared stillness, gentle movement, guided sensing, and simple ritual. There is no pressure to share and participation is always by choice. The emphasis is on creating a field of safety, listening, and mutual respect, reminding us that this path is not meant to be walked alone.
All recordings and materials will remain accessible throughout the duration of the cycle and for a period of time after.

Who This is For:
This journey may be a good fit for women who: - Feel drawn to slowing down and inhabiting their body more fully - Sense that they live much of life from the head and are curious about embodied knowing - Long to reconnect with intuition, inner guidance, or imaginal life in a grounded way - Are interested in nervous system safety, presence, and gentle somatic exploration - Have done personal growth, therapy, meditation, or body-based work and want something less effortful and more integrative - Appreciate a non-performative, non-fixing, non-hierarchical space - Are willing to listen inwardly and trust their own pacing - Value community, but do not require constant sharing or processing No prior experience with meditation or somatic practices is required - only a willingness to listen to your own body's experience with curiosity and care.
Who This is Not For:
This offering may not be for you if you're: - Are seeking intensive trauma processing, catharsis, or crisis support - Want quick results, peak experiences, or a highly structured “curriculum” - Prefer directive teaching, diagnosis, or being told what their experience means - Are currently in acute emotional instability and need more individualized support - Are uncomfortable with ambiguity, slowness, or not-knowing - Are looking for a purely intellectual, philosophical, or conceptual exploration - Expect this space to replace therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment This circle is designed to complement, not replace, therapy or other forms of support.
Consent, Choice & Scope:
All practices offered in The Sacred Path of the Body are invitational and rooted in choice. Participants are encouraged to listen closely to their own bodies and to modify, pause, or step back from any practice at any time. There is no requirement to share personal experiences, and silence is always welcome. This circle is a supportive, educational, and contemplative space rather than a substitute for therapy or medical care; while the work may touch tender places, it is not designed for crisis support or intensive trauma processing. Participants are invited to engage with curiosity, self-responsibility, and care for their own nervous systems, and to seek additional support outside the circle if needed.

Marika’s Realization Process Practices came at the perfect time for me. During the “stay-at-home” time I looked forward to Sunday evening to settle down my nervous system. Both the practice of the Realization Process and Marika’s voice took me on an inner journey. Marika’s approach is gentle, warm and accessible. She has done the work herself and is gifted at guiding others through the process. I highly recommend working with her.

Marika's offering of subtle energy work has been so beneficial to me especially during the Covid-19. Tuning in to my inner core being helps me to maintain my rhythm and true potential, letting go of blockages and old belief systems. I'm very grateful for all her work, generosity of spirit and soothing voice. Thank you Marika!
